Does frequent use of mobile phone causes brain tumar ?

brain tumar Science does not prove it yet!!! Like smoking, not scientifically provet it causes all the deseases that it is responsible. Mobile works on with 800 to 1900 Mhz frequencies. The electromagnetic energy at these frequencies causes heatin of water base tissues. Hence the cells are...

T610 or T630 as SMS controller

t630 setting baudrate They are basically the same, personally I prefer T630 which is newer firmware. The same I mean that a T610 can be upgrated to T630 only by firmware. certainly you will not get the same screen quality since the display is different (newer) but the T630 is an upgrate of...

[SOLVED] Help me replace broken varasitor

reolacing broken capacitators No, not a copper line because you will create a short. Just leave it open. Simply remove it untill you find a replacement. The circuit will work without it.

draw double amount of current from multiple ac-dc-adapters

Yes, it is better to use a diode (does not need to be a schottky one unless you need this extra voltage drop cause by the normal diode). The diode will ensure that when one adaptor is on, there is no current flow to the others that may cause any problems.

[SOLVED] Help me replace broken varasitor

broken capacitor This is not a capacitor, it is a varistor that offers protection from high voltage spikes. If you ommit it the power supply will work fine but no protection from voltage spikes would exist. You can replace it with a new one provided it is for the same voltage levels that it...

    Infrared light though Calcium

Although I am not an expert, you can try a digital camera to take the picture in a dark or very low light room. The CCD of all digital cameras is sensitive to IR and even to UV-A. Personaly, I test the IR remote controls whether they transmit by viewing the IR LED through the cameras LCD. It...

Problem with measuring the output frequency of NE555 circuits

Re: NE555 Timer Problem If it is in the mA range you are measuring propably you short the 555 with the low resistance of the meter. Measure in the specified Frequency scale if exists in the Fluke88 or in the AC volts range. It is important to use a battery for the supply of your circuit (555)...

How to test whether MOSFET has gone bad or not?

With a multimeter on diode test setting. First test whether there is any short between Drain-Source, this should indicate an open circuit unless there is an internal protection diode which usually measures 0.6V. Second, test all ther combinations for shorts, e.g. Drain-Gate, Gate-Source. In...

What's the range of 4 Watt FM transmitter?

Re: FM Transmitter There is no exactly in RF transmission. It should be from 1Km to 5Km or more. The range depends on, - Antenna matching -Antenna type -Terraing -receiver's sensitivity and antenna In an area with a lot of buildings you may only transmitt to a few hundrets of meters.

    Ericsson T10s Problem

hi, I dont know how C works but it seems that at: and after the AT+CMGD=1 you need to send a CR (carriage Return) instruction to the phone. Also make sure you can read data from phone, maybe there is a connection problem, hardware. I mean, you may send commands but the phone could not read...

What is the function of Lithium battery internal circuitry?

Re: What is the function of Lithium battery internal circuit Thank you for your answer McShamrock, The reason I want to remove the circuit is because the battery does not work OK and the charger cannot charge it. If i remove this circuit and charge the battery with a Lithium charger, the...

What is the function of Lithium battery internal circuitry?

What is the function of Lithium battery internal circuitry? I mean when you open a Lithium battery pack there is a small PCB with a couble of SMD ICs and some other components. I beleive this is used to record the state of charge of the cells and control the charging in case the temperature of...

Which microcontroller do you use or prefer and why?

I use PIC. There are a lot of tools available and the option to use high level language makes it a good choice. It is also available almost everywhere.

T630 Mobile Sony erricson serial Pin diagram

In the case that you do not have correct operation, i.e. the phone is not responding, connect the pin 4 of the RS232 connector to logic high via a 330R resistor. It is not sufficient to connect only ground,RX and Tx. This is the CTS signal pin on the phone (i think so).

How to identify the diode model?

Re: Diodes: Please help! The glass diode could be thew 1n4148 or 1n914 or anything else. If they are not zener or other type of diodes, most probable are the one you are looking for. The plastick-black diodes usually are of the 1N400X type. But you must have in mind their voltage rating since...
