Please sir i need your help. I have a problem with my monitor compaq s710 which went off after power faillure. And now when it is put on, the screen is lighted then goes off continously and power led is not lighted, thur it is on. From where can i start...

Hi!
between pin 2 and pin 3 of component 2S0880, i have 19v DC.
the component indicated with the red arrow is C5801.
when the monitor is off, between C and E of componet C5801 i have 40V DC.
when the monitor is on, i have 223V DC.
i don't know what significat all those...

After several times of demagnetasation, it went off. I have check the supply fuse it is ok.
