    fdtd 3d matlab Read the Book of Dennis Sullivan for Electromagnetic Simulation using FDTD .There are programs in C.It is very easy to convert the code of C in Matlab.

    There are one very good you can buy which has many programs of FDTD in C. Its the "Electromagnetic Simulation with FDTD" of Dennis Sullivan.It is a very good book and it will help you definitely. peter-gr
