I am designing a 1.0X/1.5X Charge Pump DC/DC Converter,but at 1.5X mode, my converter just converter to 1.3X. Can anyone help me to how to
design the switching converter to meet the 1.5X function?
breaking the loop during stability simulation
Usually analysis stability , you must break the loop , and add a small signal voltage input to check the loop gain and phase margin. But generally we don't need analysis stability in bandgap circuit.
Think a simple concept: when MOS operate at saturation region , Id is constant , and the Id * Load = Vs is constant too. And the maximum of Vs is Vg - Vt
