do we need to connect the external sram for microcontrollers for rtos if internal ram is 256 bytes? if yes then tell me how rtos generate the cs(active low) for sram? if address/data pins are needed to more than one device.

in the isp microcontrollers how to connect the PSEN(active low) pin while programming the controller and when the controler is in running mode?

if i am recieving data on port pin p1.0(8051 ) serially at baud rate 9600 bits/sec,what is the accuracy of reception?i have no other pin free on controller 8051.
