ESP32-C3 Modem sleep for always connected application.

Hello... I have developed a custom ESP32-C3 board for my home lock. I am using a lithium battery 18650 with 2200mAH. I am poor in coding and started to code from past 2 months. Well, I need to connected with the WiFi always, as if I press unlock on the blynk app, the motor should rotate to...

    Shorting the TX1+ and TX2+, RX1+ and RX2+, TX1- and TX2-, RX1- and RX2- in USB C

Hello, I am working on a project where I need to send I2C or, Analog Data between two PCBs (main PCB and Sensor PCB) using the TX and RX pins of the USBC conntector. The main PCB has a battery charger which will take input voltage from the same USBC connector. I am not willing to use additional...

Help me to solve AC current leakage out of the SMPS.

Obviuosly, Without getting information about the PCB it is quite difficult for everyone. PCB is new. Soldered and tested. No resudal of solder flux, properly cleaned. 1624868127 Such a great trick, never thought before. Worth a try.

Help me to solve AC current leakage out of the SMPS.

In INDIA there are lots of SMPS available with two plug pins. Unfortunately, while earhing is a standard safety practice, It is hardly available in every here and there places in INDIA. I have checked JioFiber Router (A Router for 4G internet in INDIA) that uses 12V 2A three pin wall socket...

Help me to solve AC current leakage out of the SMPS.

Wow... Lots of advices. Please give me time to reply one by one. Sorry I was inactive yesterday. 1624866010 Hi... I have not used the 0.15nF, I have ordered few and let all of you know. I have used 1nF 2kV Y cap, generic one, no partnumber since it is locally available. I have 1nF and 2.2nF...

Help me to solve AC current leakage out of the SMPS.

Yeah, but I hope it is done for EMI supression related issue. Is there any better option without removing this one? Or changng the EMI circuit that produce same effect without the C4? Thanks a lot.

Help me to solve AC current leakage out of the SMPS.

Greetings to all. Lets discuss about my problem - I am making a power supply to power Audio instrument having 12V 1.25A rating across the output. Here is my circuit - Now when I connect the AC it is working as expected but the problem is I am feeling AC shock of low voltage across the...

[SOLVED] Measuring Power input of DC Motor Control Circuit using PWM

Umm not 10 minutes but it is taking almost 1-2 minutes. I dont know why it is not that long you assuemed. Maybe because of the Capacitor ESR value or the real scenario. Surely I will divide this into two stages. Nice help. Thanks a lot.

[SOLVED] Measuring Power input of DC Motor Control Circuit using PWM

Thanks a lot KlauST. Such a informative post. I have used a series resitor in the input (0.1 Ohm). The Resistor drop voltage further forwarded to a Low Pass filter that is charged to the mean value. I have taken this voltage and as per ohms law as average current and calculated the power...

[SOLVED] Measuring Power input of DC Motor Control Circuit using PWM

Hello, Greeting to all. I am having difficulties to measure PWM based motor control circuit power measurement. Let me explain further. I have a motor that can be controlled by varying DC voltage across the motor or using PWM based signal. I want to make a comparision between How much power in...

[SOLVED] The Triac would not turn on. Any help?

Hi.... Thanks FvM and all of you. Finally I made it. I have removed the MOC3031S and connected the mcu negative via a 100k resistor to the neutral line. The COM pin of the ACST is now connected to neutral as well as with the MCU with a series resistor. The load is connected in series with the...
