Hi,
Would you please tell me the circuit diagram of automatic tuning/auto calibration for DFMD (Door Frame Metal Detector)?
A beginner level explanation would be highly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards.
Hi,
Thanks for your valuable feedback.
I have generated the following output files for PCB manufacturing:
1. Board.gbr
2.BoardOutline.gbr
3.Bottom.gbr
4.BottomAssy.gbr
5.BottomDimenasion.gbr
6.BottomMask.gbr
7.BottomPaste.gbr
8.BottomSilk.gbr
9.Top.gbr
10.TopAssy.gbr

Hi,
I am new in PCB design.
I have designed a layout (manually) from schematic using DipTrace. I have also generated gerbers and drill files.
Can anybody tell me what are the files required for the manufacturers to manufacture a PCB.
Thanks & Regards.
Hi,
I'm designing 4 layers (TOP, GND, PWR & BOTTOM) analogue PCB. I have done auto routing using DipTrace. After the auto routing is done, I've found that few nets
need to be connected manually. It is very difficult to route them manually on the TOP and BOTTOM layer as the rest of the signals...
Hi,
Thanks for your valuable feedback.
I've 30KHz signal and 12v power supply in the design.
In this scenario, how many no. of layer would be the optimum?
Is ground plane required in this scenario?
Thanks & Regards.
Hi,
I've a schematic drawn in DipTrace. It is an analog schematic. The schematic consists of 75 components.
I would like do the Layout work with manual placement and manual routing.
How can I decide whether it would be a single layer board or a double layer board?
Thanks & Regards.
