    Somebody help me to solve the current problem

    why dont you try add resistor to 1 path that trough current more high(to make ballance),cause resistor is current limiter also.

    proteus vsm you can open sample, try 8051 sample, then right click uC, select properties,u will see program file text box(this is place u can put hex file of your program). so start make your own uC system, then put hex file.

    Question about ULN2003A

    uln2003 comport connect to VCC after diode katode first. Added after 12 minutes: sorry, I mean here : -COM pin---to--->Anode of Diode -catode of same diode ---to--->VCC
