    INTERFACING GRAPHIC LCD ssd1289

glcd mikroc 16f887 to use this with a pic32 you would need a display driver with a lot of ram. For 16bit colour you would need 768k - SSD1962 or an equiv epson would do the job. Cheers ntfreak

Different stand-alone MP3 decoder reference designs

dac3550a driver source code I have not used this design, but looking at the source the buttons have not been implemented yet. So its upto you to add the button interface, just pick a spare port such as PORTF would be a good choice. Cheers ntfreak

Different stand-alone MP3 decoder reference designs

vs1001 mp3 decoder in india I would imagine it will work fine, cannot see any reason why someone would put a non working project on the net. Looking at the schematic it has a ISP header so the micro can be programmed on board. Cheers ntfreak

Different stand-alone MP3 decoder reference designs

sta013 mp3 decoder Yes the black lines as you say are not connected together. They are shown like this to simplify the schematic, you still treat the nets as separate connections. Like i said before AD5 is only connected to AD5 on each end of the bus. And so it is not connected to AD4 for...

Different stand-alone MP3 decoder reference designs

what is mp3 ref This is a schematic bus, very common thing in larger schematics as it keeps the schematic clean and understandable. The wires are not connected together, they are still connected to their respective nets. For example AD5 is connected to pin49 of the ATMega and both U2 pin7 and...

    about M@crago? Systems RAVEN

If i remember correctly this error was added in newer version of OCD Commander. Try adding a link between pins 8 and 15 of the parallel connector. ** Sorry the above was for the parallel port wiggler, not the raven ** Regards NTFreak

Displaying pictures on tft LCD display using PIC or AVR microcontrollers

Re: Tft LCD display You are best of using a driver such as epson or SSD1906, downfall is they require a emi bus (external memory). You will have to convert from jpeg as the display drivers use raw pixel format, eg. bitmap binary data. Regards NTFreak

Microchip Real Ice, next gen debugger!

Just received my Realice this week, it makes working with the dsPIC a bit easier. In time it will replace the ICD2, simply it is a ICD2 with an fpga todo a lot of the work. Just got to wait a bit for 8 bit support - i have been told in the new year. Cheers NTFreak
