sorry forgot to put it, my question would be if I would scale this charger circuit to fit the specification of a 48vdc @30A charger from the original 12vdc should I just change the transformer to a 220 to 54V-30A and change the resistor values? are there any other things that I should consider...

In the original video I cant seem to make the voltage limit part in my simulations so I just changed it to an op-amp comparator instead.
