Well. You are using pspice schematic i guess ?
Believe me - pspice a/d will be better.
1. Create new txt file and rename it with YourName.cir
2. Open it in Pspice A/D and then click new file.
First line of CIR file is ALWAYS a project name.
Name it as you wish i.e. My Very First Pspice CIR...

I'm quite newbie in ads/momentum and not having much time to solve a problem.
I've to design simple ustrip to cpw transition. After few searches i found quite good solution which is VIALESS (not physically connected grounds between ustrip and cpw).
In attachement is a picture of this...
Thats because You have not defined transistor well.
MNAME Draing_Node Gate_Node Source_Node Bulk_Node MOS_MODEL
You have defined it as:
M_Q4 0 N00029 0 CMOSP <- so Bulk of MOS is connected to CMOSP node.

transformer problem.

I need to design a ultra wideband transformer from not symmetrical line to coplanar (CPW) in ADS. Do you have any idea/tutorials/etc. ?
Band: 3.1 - 10.6 GHz
