I have a big problem in signal simulation at sigxplorer I don't know how import R_package, L_package and C_package of the suitable IBIS model for some parts specially ICs and IOs.
I'm looking for this parameters and how they calculated.

I need a voltage shifter like this below, 0:0.3 is logic 0 - 0.3:0.6 is logic 1- 0.6:0.9 is logic 2, you can see that need a gate in Hspice to filter or constant the voltage above 0.6v at the output, at first I want to do this by opamp but I couldn't, please someone help me in this:sad:

who knows a method to create a opamp like buffer gate?? I don't know how to create or use buffer in Hspice please tell me about it, I need to connect the supply voltage of the buffer to the specific voltage value. I'm in hurry please:thinker:
