    Using PLL to make a linear phase

    Hi, Normally output of the 2D beam filter is a non linear one. I want to make it a linear phase. Can I use Phase Locked loop (PLL) to make it a linear phase. ( using 2D filter as a local filter inside PLL) Thank you.
