    Thank you very much. You mean extract data from ADS passive structure simulation then used these data file in Cadence ? What kind of data I should extract（s parameter？ or ....） ?How to extract this kind of data ? please as detail as possible.

    Cadence， I mean software Cadence we used for IC design ，ADS （ keysight ） is a design tool for RFIC design . So Cadence and ADS are design tools here. The models are used for simulation in both tool are different ,So I was wondering maybe I could transform them
