Use CP2101 from silab,it has a Uart and a USB port.It provides all the signalling including DTR,DSR,RI,DCD,Rx,Tx.....etc.CAn be used for transrecieving.....from USB to RS232 and rs232 to USB.
HI guys this one is for those who think that MOS is faster than BJT.
Actually BJT is faster than a cmos.
The reason behind this is that MOS has a high input capacitance which lowers the speed .
Although,Cmos is mostly used ,it is due its other advantages....which you all know and there's no need...
verification is done before implementation of design on actual hardware so to find out whether there r any flaws in our design.
