    integration of (1/dx) - please help

    MM I'm taking DiffEq and Leibniz Notation is giving me a headache this somewhat resembles it ∫(1/dx) has no meaning but ∫dt does because dt = c/dx If they're supposed to be equivalent (i.e LHS == RHS) how one doesn't make sense but the other does, I thought dx was pure notational
