you are right;-)
i checked my data, it's fine.
it might be an error to draw a linear output like this. if it can plot just the data point, it will be fine.
but i didn't find a place to change the output method in my pspice.
maybe i should use the output files to rebuild the curve in the...
hi all,
in PSPICE, do you know how to mark the data point only?
i know i can use the mark data point button.
but i don't know how to delete the original auto output curve for a value.
it's there any way i can just make my test results shown in the probe?
thank you so much!
sorry i don't quite understand.
what is the difference between "passive" and "active"?
in the 1st case, my current source just have one specific value.
and in the 2nd case, my current source is set to have a sweep of few values(i.e. 1,2,3,4).
i think each sweep value is supposed to be...
hi all,
in a pspice output curve(i.e. in a x-y system), if there is a maximum of z=x*y, obviously i can use the max() function to use this Zmax value at any time.
But how can i use the x value at this maximum z point in another calculation? is there any function that i can use?
there are...
why pspice output circles connected
hi all,
when i am doing the pspice simulation, there is a strange thing.
when i use a changeable load to on a current source circuit, it apparently shows a U-I curve with short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage.
but when i set the current source to...
thx!
the T_REL_GLOBAL works! just add it in the MODEL EDITOR.
the following link is a detailed explaination with example, hope it helps.

HI,
I'm new here.
I am setting a pspice model. And I want one of the diode has different temperature with the other parts(resistance, etc.).(i.e. the whole circuit might be a 0 or 50 degree, and the diode is 10 degree more than that)
In an old Thread, someone says that one may use the "DTEMP"...
