Hi people, when I thaught I had solved this, I realized I keep stuck in this. I have built a variable resistance resistor, combining a voltage-controlled voltage source (VCVS) with a voltage-controlled current source (VCCS).
The equation that leads the resistance value is...
Hi again. Sorry for the late response. The situation is like this:
I have a system whose current output depends in the input voltage and in time. This means that, for example, when I increment the input (DC) voltage, the current output increases its amplitude. But, when I feed this system with a...
Hi again people. I just was doing some tests and it seems it is not possible, but I want to listen to some other voices.
I want to know if it is possible to make that an ABM part could be time and voltage dependant. I have already built some parts, and the equations that defined their behaviors...
I need a resistor whose resistance value must follow the above equation. At first, I thought that with a PSPICE R_var part I could solve this, but it did not work. I was not sure what way I had to follow, so with the comments here and surfing the web I choosed the voltage-controlled...
It´s a phenomenological model for this kind of transistor. I need this transistor to build a bigger circuit to reproduce some characteristics of biological polymers. So, my only remaining problem till today is how to build this voltage-variable resistance, as it is suggested in the bibliography...
Hello everyone, I´m trying to generate a Single Electron Transistor in PSPICE, so I need to create a resistor whose resistance value varies with voltage.
The equation that defines the resistance value is:
R=(0.02/(0.2e-9-2*0.02/(2*300e6+220e6*cos(40*3.14*V(node 1,node 2)))))/1)
I was trying...
I couldn´t find those files. It is strange, but it seems that these files are not saved. Anyway, checking, rechecking and trying buttons combinatios (1° select all, 2° copy) I could save the datapoints.
Thanks and sorry.
Hello everyone, I´m using pspice 9, student version (Schematics, not Capture) to make my circuit designs.
Myproblem is that I can´t find how to export the results of the simulations. I would like to export the data points to excel or sigmaplot, to perform other type of analysis. I was checking...
Hi everybody. I have redesign a scheme I was using and was very successful. But when I tried to simulate a DC sweep, I got this error message (Pspice 9, student version):
**** 01/14/16 12:47:12 *********** Evaluation PSpice (Nov 1999) **************

Hi, I created a tunnel diode as a hierarchical symbol to introduce it in a bigger circuit (bottom-up method).
When I run the DC Sweep simulation, this error appears:
"--------------- Simulation Circuit File: diodotunel prueba con subcrt ---------------

Hi, im new at this kind of softwares. I'm trying to reproduce a tunnel diode device based on a paper figure, using Psice9.1 (student version). I am not sure if I should make it on Cpature or in Schematics? What's the difference between them? Can I make simulations in both programs?
Thanks,
M.
