why do you wanna use aux windin to supply power to your ics? 7.2ah battery is ok to supply power needed for your circuitary.Note:Your battery amps to too small to handle 400va.12*7.2=86.4va...upload your diagram

since you're using a 12v battery,your output at both pin 11&...
check ur sg3525(pin 11 &14) output voltage,it should be equal or with different of 1mv.check the duty cycle of both side.what the amp of your battery? since your smps capacity is 400va.you should put a fuse of 40amps at the center tap of your transformer.
hi everyone!!! i just built a modified smps inverter rated 600watts.the problem am facing now is that when i plug in rechargeable led flash light,my ir2110 get damage but work with appliance with transformer.Am using sg3525 to control two ir2110 at d H-bridge side with irfp460 mosfet.i didnt...
am a nigerian like you too,i also had the same problem then.first question;are you using a 12volts battery?if so,your output at d oscillator should not be 10volts.(2) are you driving your mosfets directly from your pwm ic i.e sg3524?(3) is it a square wave inverter
