    In that case, you need to increase the eff. Lower Rds on of the moefet and Lower Vf of the boost diode.

    I have tried SI9112 fron vishay but could not eliminate the overshoot at turn-on. Extremely difficult to stabilize the feedback too. I just read the NS's LM5015 - cannot handle 1.4A at 9Vin due to the current threshold of the embeded MOSFET is exeeded. I'm running out of options... :cry: Does...
