Negative time delay
when i measure the time delay using network analyzer HP8510C, i get negative and positive time delay. What does negative time delay mean?
i am in the USA , i am involving in a project about dielectric resonator antenna, i am wondering where can i get different shapes of high permittivity dielectric materials(cylindrical,rectangular and spherical)
