I cannot remember the exact way to calibrate the SUA range (which includes the rebadged Dell versions) apart from using hyperterminal in a similar fashion to resetting battery constants.

There are several levels of password for the display on the unit, if you google it to find password.
Are there any alarms on the display, ie No power module then alarm number 703 ?
I would suspect if the unit is already on bypass due to fault, then I would remove and re-seat the power module in the frame and see if any better. Try to restart the Inverter after re-seating the PM
You will need an activation code for PPVis software package. There may be a limited version that is supplied to customers to allow monitoring.
All Masterguard/Chloride UPS units use either a standard null modem cable or a straight through 9 pin cable.
