I googled 2 hours more,finally I found a resolving method.Go to your Control panel ->System ->Hardware -> Device manager and delete the Hardware of WinPic800. Then re-installe WINPIC800.I think it is a bug of WinPic,because you can not get through it even if you uninstall the software!Since it...
