the method of PSS+PAC was used to simulate the IIP
and from the simulaiton ,i got the iip3 varied with the amplitude of input signals.
but in my opioion ,the linearity of system can't swing with the input signal.
do i have a mistake? can anybody tell me the truth?
how to measure ip3
the filter has two differential input pairs respective as Ip, In and Qp,Qn;
The for inputs has same common voltage,but has different phase;
So how to measure the paramete ip3 by trans?
the filte has bandpass 1.3meg hz~ 2.7Meg hz;
How to bulid the testbench,and how to get the...
the voltage source hasn't the define of voltage type in my netlist.
lt's a correct netlist:
V1(vdd gnd!) vsource dc=3 type=dc
but in my netlist,the voltage source is definded as follow:
V1(vdd gnd!) vsource dc=3
so,if the voltage source is pwl or pulse,the simultion can't be go on...
lt's a eeprom ip design
we must used the selected voltage as the voltage source of circuits.
so the voltage drop must be as small as possible and the driver ability must't be effected.
l have two voltage signals :one is constant 3.3v ,and the other one is vared from 0 to 15.5.
how can i implement the select function by the hint of a digital signal?
For example:if the digital signal is high, we choose the varied voltage signal , inversly we choose 3.3v.
in allen's book , psrr is defined as' the product of ration of the change in supply voltage to the change in output voltage of amp caused by the change in the power supply and the open loop gain of op amp'
psrr=ΔVdd/ΔVout*Av(s)
so,l think psrr is only for amp, if it can be used for...
