I am looking for a good quality transformer manufacturer in China. I need to manufacture dc-dc boost toroid (12V to 40V push pull) transformer for commercial use. My present manufacturer didn't satisfy me as there is lot of leakage inductance which is causing trouble.
Does anybody know any...
Probably this is caused by the primary leakage inductance. I am thinking about rewinding the transformer. Is there any tips or guide about the winding procedure so that leakage inductance is minimum ?
I am facing this problem, which is causing the two push-pull MOSFET to extreme stresses.
I am using this to power TAS5630 amp. the boost converter is converting the 12V DC voltage to 36V DC (unregulated). As this is a car amplifier so the battery voltage can be 10V to 14.5V.
Everything is ok...
Suppose you send an I2C value, for that specific value, the output will be A0=0, A1=0
then you send another specific value , for that specific value, the output will be A0=0, A1=1
The output of A0 and A1 logic condition will be changed based on the I2C value at the input
I am not professional. I am just a student and setting up my personal lab. Thats why I am looking for ready solutions so that I can finish setting up my lab quickly.
