Do you have set "CDS_ROOT" and "CDS_INST_DIR" environment in your environment. Another issue is, you must run icms or icfb from $CDS_INST_DIR/tools/bin, the shell script will setup everything you need for you.

About Mentor, I know Calibre has some small utilities for convert Dracula commnad files to Calibre format. It is pretty fine. 95% rules are O.K. but some special instructions need to be modified.

I think I misslead you to wrong directory. I u/l st@r_simxt to the diectory "avanti/download/starsim" of FM1. I went there a few minutes ago, they still were in there.
