Battery charging time?......Coulombs in = Coulombs out?

Ooops - you're right! Sorry about that. (What's a few decimal places here and there?? LOL)

Battery charging time?......Coulombs in = Coulombs out?

Another way of looking at it is that you want a nicad that can provide a curtain number of milliamp-hours (0.714 * 3 = 2.142 mAh). There are different ways of charging, but one of the easiest is an overnight (16 hour) charge at the rated value divided by 10. Let's say you had a battery rated...

Cosine Wave generation in ARM microcontroller

Sorry, I don't have any code to offer - I suspect it would be kind of tricky because of all the math required to generate a sine (or cosine) in assembly language. Could I offer a couple of other solutions? Assuming you have a digital to analog converter, you might be able to put a table into...

    A bunch of questions...

I agree on the boards - I've often heard them called "perf boards" I'm thinking of something like https://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10001_10001_263207_-1 Magazines? Try Make magazine (https://makezine.com/), Nuts and Volts (https://www.nutsvolts.com/), Everyday...

Hi, Maybe something from the security industry?? They are bound to have wired "panic buttons". Maybe something like **broken link removed** I guess you could also buy a small plastic case and make your own with a switch (even a door bell switch). Good luck!

    Capacitor behavior for square wave

Looks to me as if the capacitor has charged up so there is 5 volts across it. Without anything hooked up the the Vout side of the capacitor, the difference between Vin and Vout will stay at 5V. There is no way for the capacitor to discharge. (Vout is just kind of following whatever Vin does...
