here is a schematic that compatible to the PIC-MCP-USB on the olimex site...PIC-MCP-USB is power by USB,but the circuit i attach here need a 16-18V adaptor power supply,so if u want the programmer to work like PIC-MCP-USB, then u need to modify the power supply...
