I am designing a circuit in which two different circuits use two different enable signals to start functioning.
According to the design requirements only one circuit should be working at a time. And for that reason I have put the enable functionality.

I am designing a MOS CML circuit for nor/or operation. But, i am having a problem with OR output. The NOR output is fine. can anybody please suggest a solution. I am attaching the pictures for reference.
