can anybody tell me how to define a lumped port for coupled microstrip line and where should I place the integration line in hfss? The problem is that I think it would be inaccurate to draw the port just between the upper stips because this won't take the ground plane effect.

Well, in order to plot the axial ratio. You need to use the frequency sweep of type "discrete" or "fast sweep" and then click on "Save fields" because the interpolating doesn't allow you to save fields. Then run the simualtions normally. After that from results=> create far field report ==>...
