The reason why I used that 3.5 for the di-electric is because the PCB manufacturer said to use that value.
My question is that, is there anything else that has to be taken care of to ensure that is no shift in the frequency post manufacturing?

I designed a 1.1GHz microstrip low pass filter using AWR.
After running axiem simulation, the results looks good. During the simulation, I used the following information which was provided from the PCB manufacturer.
Dielectric -3.5 (Rogers 4003)
Thickness -0.813mm
Top Copper- 1oz...
1400Mhz as not chosen by me. It was done by a previous engineer and I wanted to understand these aspects.
In terms of the floating bias for D50, can you please explain.

I imported the S-Parameters; however, this also is not recognized by my AWR.
It does not have a .s2p extention. It is only a .txt file.
When I do import it after renaming the extension, I am unable to create a sub-circuit with that import.
Please advise.

I tried to import the generic spice model into AWR using
Projects tab --> netlist(right click) --> import netlist
At this point, the file is not detected by my AWR software. I changed the file extension as well from PD55003LE_rev1_0.txt to PD55003LE_rev1_0.cir. But still no luck...

I was able to fix the problem, it was the coax resonator not being soldered properly onto the PCB. It looked good but was cold joints.
