plz tell me if this is true or not, if i want to plot BER vs SNR of a FEC communication system, for example, i introduce 1000 bit at the input, then i compare them to the output, i find that 30 bits are incorrect. the BER is then 30/1000 =0.03? is that true? or i must send for example 10000000...
