    hi, I have centos 7 with installed HFSS 15. HFSS starts without any errors but when I want to save a file it crashes /opt/AnsysEM/HFSS/AnsysEM15.0/Linux64/.setup_runtime: line 418: 28006 Segmentation fault (core dumped) "$@" do you have any idea where is the problem?

    ADS drill thanks, I found this but it doesn't work... For example I put a via in my layout and preparing with gerber export the .drl file but it is empty - I look in "edit aperture" after "flash circles" and there are no circles blocks. Any ideas?

    it depends of distance between cells, look for slow wave factor - SWF or photonic band gap - PGB and you shell find the solution
