    you can use hspice , spectre. if u want more accurate simulation including transient noise eldo can be the best choice.

    save the data in flash memory in microcontroller i can choose the host microconteroller, 8051 or one pic microcontroller. the amount of data is not large. we want to connect flash memory only once in a day and store only its port data.
