i have installated cadence16.3 version. 1st i installed license manager. then i installed product. after that i start the progam. it said "no allegro orcad license file not found".plz guide me how to run the program?. where to find the license file.
i m using 28 pin qfn package. in this, centre pad is the ground pin. how to ground this pin. if i routing this pin, error occurs. is it possible to add via in centre pad?

FOR CC2520 RF ZIGBEE I NEED QFN PACKAGE footprint(28 PIN) for orcad 9.1. i saw it in yahoo orcad exchange group but it is not match for CC2520 IC, b'coz it has 28pin + centre pad(thermal pad is ground pad). if i gnd this pad, error occurs(5mils trace only used for routing). if any one designed...
