    Do you have a colour printer? If you have a black&white printer tis may not work. Just a guess.

    no there is not. but you can copy paste the pin names/ numbers with a xls - template through SCHLIB List panel. (see attachement). when you right click in the panel use the smart grid paste. there is also a training video on the Altium site.

    have you checked that you are not using the internal SVN? you can switch this in the preferences under data management. there is an auto-detect button. also enable the write debug info into the output panel so see why it is not working.

    No the pcb side cannot combine string like the schematics. you could create a dummy component (i.e.) logo and then use the comment string to combine the version and revision and get the string that way into the pcb. =PCBD_Number+'-'+PCBD_Revision

    you need to change the scale in the import dialog box. sometimes this does not work when the dxf was exported with the the wrong scale.

    why don't you place a polygon pour cutout around the terminal block? it is a lot easier.
