but you can copy paste the pin names/ numbers with a xls - template through SCHLIB List panel. (see attachement).

have you checked that you are not using the internal SVN? you can switch this in the preferences under data management. there is an auto-detect button. also enable the write debug info into the output panel

No the pcb side cannot combine string like the schematics. you could create a dummy component (i.e.) logo and then use the comment string to combine the version and revision and get the string that way into the pcb.
