If you want voltage control check out the National Semiconductor data sheet for the LM13700 OTA chip. It has basic templates for voltage controlled amplifiers.

Double integration is something I've messed about with but amplitude of the sinusoidal waveform will vary with large frequency ranges so you need some sort of compression/auto-gain circuit.

Are ICs allowed in your design? If so, how about a transconductance amplifier like LM13700 or CA3080? They give pretty good linear control.
Can anyone give me some tips on how to tame the noise in a MF10 switched cap filter? The background noise sounds like a TV/Radio that hasn’t been tuned into a station!
I’m using both halves as notch filters in a phaser circuit (modified Penfold circuit, though the original was just as noisy)...

I'll do some testing and let you all know if it works. Long shot perhaps, but it's not that expensive so I'm willing to give it a go.

Is the toner in laser printers opaque enough to block out UV light IF used with a laser transparency bought from a stationers, OR does the film have to be ‘special’ in order for it to work with photo board, i.e. does one HAVE to use the transparencies sold by electronics...
