design a 1.8V opamp (two stage)

ICL7611 or ICL7621 opamps can operate from a 2V supply, so would probably still work ok with 1.8V.

    A simple question about oscillator

If you just want a square wave output, use a 555 timer or an op-amp/CMOS relaxation oscillator (plenty of examples in text books and on-line).

Need help on audio analogvolume control circuit

If you want voltage control check out the National Semiconductor data sheet for the LM13700 OTA chip. It has basic templates for voltage controlled amplifiers.

    Square wave to Sine wave

square wave to sine wave lpf Double integration is something I've messed about with but amplitude of the sinusoidal waveform will vary with large frequency ranges so you need some sort of compression/auto-gain circuit.

    Voltage controlled amplifier design

simple voltage controlled amplifier schematic Are ICs allowed in your design? If so, how about a transconductance amplifier like LM13700 or CA3080? They give pretty good linear control.

    Switched Cap Filter noise problem

Can anyone give me some tips on how to tame the noise in a MF10 switched cap filter? The background noise sounds like a TV/Radio that hasn’t been tuned into a station! I’m using both halves as notch filters in a phaser circuit (modified Penfold circuit, though the original was just as noisy)...

    Laser printer for PCB question

Thanks for all the info everyone. I’ve done some experimenting today and have come up with two methods that work well (well enough for me anyway) using an inkjet. The first I came up with myself, though I’d be surprised if someone else hasn’t tried this. I just printed out my artwork onto...

    Laser printer for PCB question

laser pesticide & copper hydroxide combination I ordered some of the 'transparent spray' today, so I should get it at the beginning of next week. I'll do some testing and let you all know if it works. Long shot perhaps, but it's not that expensive so I'm willing to give it a go.

    Laser printer for PCB question

pcb laser printer brother That was a really useful link, thanks! I was interested to read that photocopies on tracing paper might give good results. ESR in the UK sell 'transparent spray' to render paper translucent so that it can be used with photo board. The catalogue mentions that it's...

aquarium pcb etching tanks machine how to Thanks for the replies, this is a great place to learn! Pisoiu, excuse my ignorance but what is a photoplotter?

    Laser printer for PCB question

diy photoplotter Is the toner in laser printers opaque enough to block out UV light IF used with a laser transparency bought from a stationers, OR does the film have to be ‘special’ in order for it to work with photo board, i.e. does one HAVE to use the transparencies sold by electronics...

How to dispose of Seno developer ?

Re: Seno developer disposal FoxyRick, your explanation was pitched just right - thank you so much! I did chemistry at school (not that you'd ever know!) and just about remembed enough to understand your post. Thanks for the tip about vinegar, seems easy enough.

How to dispose of Seno developer ?

Re: Seno developer disposal Thanks for your reply. I didn’t get a safety sheet when I purchased this stuff and the website associated with Seno seems to be in construction. I wouldn’t have a clue how to “NEUTRALISE TO Ph of 8.5 – 9.0” but the casting plaster sounds like a good idea! Thanks...

How to dispose of Seno developer ?

Seno developer disposal Is it ok to flush developer (Seno) down the toilet when it's had its day, or does it have to be 'neutralised' in some way?
