currently i doing thesis on patch antenna over EBG, so my lecturer ask me whether EBG still in research or already in the market use like a commercial product in use...

currently i try to design the L probe feeding in patch antenna.
But i found that i cant bend the probe feed to L shape in patch antenna.
So do anyone had idea on this?

Currently i face a problem on how to simulate EBG patch antenna, i dont know wheter i draw correct or not. I still a new guy in IE3D. Hope some1 can help me. Coz when i compare the return loss graph between patch antenna with and without EBG, the result almost same, and bandwidth didnt...
hai, i new guy here, currently i doing thesis in design patch antenna over EBG (electromagnetic band gap) by using IE3D. I had found some problem in designing EBG antenna, because the bandwidth dint increase. Do ur guys have example in IE3d in design the EBG antenna?
