switch off transmission and repeat, you get noise power(y).
but if i can't get noise power(y),
and can get signal+noise power (x) only, how can i calc SNR???
IIR or FIR
who can tell me, why we deed to design FIR or IIR?
why not FFT the signal first, and then remove the signal out the frequency band, then IFFT the signal, this process complete the signal filter, it is also fast and available?
why not??????????
