This diagram, mark of U2 IC is SMD1002 - 802MS - TPU700 (3 line). I try found on google but not found datasheet.
I don't know what's U2 IC. Who can help me, please?

I don't know how to connect sim300cz with at89c51.
I only use RXD and TXD pin of Sim300cz to connect.
