Recently i got a question about Cgs and Cgd, here is the question
Cgs Cgd Which one is more important for Class-AB pa design performance such as PAE, POUT and so on? Why?
How about for LNA circuit? Cgs Cgd which one is more important for LNA circuit performance, such as NF, gain... why?"...
Recently I got a questions about Cgs, Cgd
" For a mosfet, Cgs, Cgd, which one is important for Class-AB PA performance? which one is important for LNA performance? such as PAE, POUT Noise figure and so on?"
Please answers with details thanks~
Here is a question about the PA design and linearity issue.
" how we could input linearity of Class-AB PA? How about using a filter design in the output load, is that possible to using filter to filter out the 3rd harmonics? if yes, then use high pass filter or low pass or bandpass?
Recently i got a interview question to find the input impedence of LNA, the question is
" The rf input is connect with a cap C, the bias resistance is R, a inductance is connect from the cmos source side to ground, the cmos pull up voltage is 1.8V. then what is the input impedence"
Hi, recently i got a interview question about the poles"
we have a open loop gain 100db, with phase margin 55, bandwidth 10MHz, then where are the two poles?"
Please give me the details answers, thanks, waiting for your answers. thanks~
