1) is there any air interface technology other than td-cdma and td-scdma using tdd scheme based on cdma technology.
2) has all the papers searchable under IEEE been approved? or some are just proposal which are not accepted?

In parallel RC circuit,
for dc source, C charge directly and rapidly, soon the current flow only through R. Vin=Vout soon.
for ac soruces, it show impedence according to the frequency.
