I have been designing an oscillator. On feed back loop, I'm using ADL 5602 as an amplifier. For simulating DC bias effect and saturation, I need SPICE model or nonlinear model of ADL5602. How can I construt or find it?

I have been designing a ring resonator at 1 GHz by using Ansoft Designer 7. But I took an error message that is “ [error] models:s_element(error): a420.s - Final error: 0.21083; unable to achieve acceptable error.” when I did oscillator analysis.
