Hey guys
In order to get a PWM signal I have chosen to use the second circuit with the Schmitt Trigger and Comparators. However the 555 timer circuit is also a valid method to obtain a PWM Signal. My question is are there any drawbacks of the 555 timer circuit so that I may explain why I chose...
So I need a 22pF capacitor (sorry about the confusion) so my process does not offer a MIMCAP option
So I guess I will go with the first tutorial
Now even if I follow the first tutorial my l value = 2.75 x 10e-11
Which is very small
So how do I implement that?
SO I guess I didn't really understand how they got the measuremements for the poly and elec layers in that tutorial
I found another tutorial which walks me through all the steps, but I feel like their is a difference between both tutorials i.e. they are for 2 different processes so which one...
Hey guys I need to make a 22pF Capacitor layout in Cadence and this is the only link I have so Im really confused at how to make a HUGE capacitor with a small area. Please guys guide me

Hey guys, the following circuit was attached to a boost convertor and is used to provide a 2 MHz frequency square waves to the Boost Convertor. My issue is when looking at the circuit, I realized I don't fundamentally understand how it achieves that.
1) So for example I understand that the...
So for the Vsource
I set the amplitute to 100 mV and the frequency to 1K so what do you mean by the generator impedence? Should I change it?
Thanks I changed the R1 can't believe I missed that. But my graph is still pretty much coming the same surprisingly

Hey guys,
I'm trying to make a triangle wave generator circuit on cadence but in order to do that I have to make an OP-AMP first. This is the schematic I made for the OP-AMP and when I plot the Vout vs t or Vin vs t, it's clear to see that something is off.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
