Hello ,
The thing 28nm in your case means that it is the minimum dimension a device can have.In analog design
we aim for higher gain which is dependent on ro . ro takes the value which depends on length. Hence length should be more.
We all know that .lib file is used in synopsys.I am designing a new standard cell and update .lib file.So can anyone provide information regarding cell_rise and rise_transition and cell_fall and fall_transition and rise_power and fall_power .
