I wanna ask how I can synchronize the SCL rate by software or hardware. I've manipulated my coding many ways -> (the delay) and the hardware either -> change the pull up R. But I've only could raise my clock rate up to 40KHz. I wanna get 100KHz clock rate. Is there any ideas??

I have a few questions to ask:
1. I want to interface CMPS03,Is it better to use I2c or PWM better to control it?
2. Do anyone has some references that could help to use CMPS03 module? The reference I only had is only the datasheet that I difficult to understand.

I've pull the SDA and SCL line but maybe the R that I've used is insuffiecient to pull the lines, cause recently I've only used 1K ohm. Now I will try to pull with a larger R for the SDA and SCL.
