hi lm using mplab ide v7.30 with hi-Tech C compiler for PIC10-12-16 MCUs v9.70
when l want to rebuild project l got this error:
undefined identifier "STAT_CKE"

please help me with this.
maybe l can help with ecg. l myself still searching on how to interface it.
try using ad620. there is an ecg circuit inside the datasheet. try to modify it :D

try to use those infrared reflective sensor. l had try one and its working but l forget the model code :P
what l can see, you are using LM358 which is a Low Power Dual Operational Amplifiers. due to the very small voltages/signals received from the photosensor (the one under the finger), it need to be amplified significantly before proceed to the next stage.
it looks like Photoplethysmography...
