Sorry guys i forgot to mention that i have limited space on my board.
So i can only use basic circuits but not IC's.
Need to buy Atmel
The thing is you cannot buy a single IC , there will be MQO(minimum quantity of order).
So best way is find a local ATMEL dealer( from ATMEL.com) and request for a free sample.
Hi everyone,
i am doing a project on GSM and microcontroller(AT90CAN128).I want to connect
serial communication pins (Tx,Rx) of uC to gsm (TTL and CMOS respectively).
Please help me to build a simple interface circuit without any ic (space problem).
