[SOLVED] Need help with Overshoot current on Boot converter

Thank you all for your suggestions. Adding a 10uF cap across the LED terminals cut the current spike back to 50mA which works well, especially since I realized that my current requirements are now at 50mA. Thank you again!

[SOLVED] Need help with Overshoot current on Boot converter

I'm having issues with current overshoot on the LM3224 DC Converter. When configured to run at low current (~50mA), I get extreme current overshoot (very bad). I'm running it using /SHLD from a PWM output on a PIC. On the activation through /SHLD, there is a dramatic overshoot. Over a range...

Help with bypass/decoupling to remove induced Vin ripple with DC/DC boost controller

The desktop power supply should be more than sufficient for the load, however it dips. Any suggestions on sizing the caps and type?

Help with bypass/decoupling to remove induced Vin ripple with DC/DC boost controller

The output side actually looks good. However, It is the input side (Vcc) that is having the issues with ripple when the controller is active.

Help with bypass/decoupling to remove induced Vin ripple with DC/DC boost controller

Need Some help with bypass/decoupling capacitor selection I'm running into an issue when using a Lm3224 DC/DC boost controller. When I'm running it, I get a 250mV ripple on my 3V Vin power lines which negatively effects the rest of the board. The controller itself is a PWM style running at...
