Actually I need to cutout a small piece of the PCB in the BRD file, including part of all the layers (planes, traces and pads). But I´m not interested in fabricating it, I just need to save this kind of "PCB biopsy" in another BRD file.
Any idea how to do this?
Hello.
Does anybody know how to cutout a piece of a PCB in a BRD file, including all the layers? I could not find how to do this using Cadence Allegro PCB Editor.
Thanks,
Juliano
Hello.
How to find the best simulation software tool for SI/PI analysis in PCBs among the several available options (Agilent, ANSYS, CST, Sigrity, Mentor, Cadence, etc...)? I would appreciate if anyone could share info and experience about this topic.
Thanks!
The antenna will be used in an array, for a remote sensing application. The bandwidth should be from 350 to 450 MHz, with a gain no lower than 9 dB. The area for the array is limited to 1.3x0.8 m.
I don't think only in microstrip antennas, but in PIFAs as well. It depends on the power...
big planar antenna
Hi!
Does anybody know any planar antenna or any substrate for microstrip antennas that can handle/support high power? I mean something around 4 kW. I'm starting a project on a planar antenna array for remote sensing, but I'm having some dificulties in find an apropriate...
